Our faith in Christ drives us to share His Word with others, facilitate growth in young children, and support families of the community. We are looking for lead teachers who are team players, willing to learn, explore, grow, and smile with us. Training is available. Job Descriptions
Through careful planning, preparation, and implementation, a Lead Teacher of TSL Roots Early Learning Center provides a nurturing, creative, and safe environment where young children can develop a love for learning about their Savior, themselves, and the world around them. The Lead Teacher will serve as the primary educator and caregiver in the classroom and may be assisted by at least one teacher’s aide.
An Assistant Teacher of TSL Roots Early Learning Center will work with and support the Lead Teacher to provide a nurturing, creative, and safe environment where young children can develop a love for learning about their Savior, themselves, and the world around them. The Assistant Teacher will communicate with the Director and the Lead Teacher for specific duties and tasks but will have routine duties in the daily care of the children and classroom.
Under the general supervision of the director, the kitchen staff will be primarily responsible for planning and preparing snacks and meals, documenting needed information, and completing reports. The kitchen staff is also responsible for the cleaning of the entire center.

These opportunities range from classroom preparations, to fixing toys and furniture, to read alouds, to special guest speakers, to toy cleaning.
